		<description>Totally agree. While big crowds do get the adrenaline pumping, stage presentations are a bit like Chinese food...not satisfying for all that long after they're over. When I'm looking to make long-lasting connections, I find "send and receive" mode works best. (In other words, I don't just talk, I listen). It's extraordinary what you can learn about the world — and yourself — when you stop to listen.</description>
